These terms govern your use of CareerForge AI and this website. They are a starting template. Review and adapt them to your situation before you rely on them.

What the software does

CareerForge AI helps you organise a job search and prepare application documents using AI models you connect yourself. It does not submit applications on your behalf.

Your responsibility for what you send

AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reading, correcting and approving every document, and for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer. The software is designed to avoid inventing facts, but it cannot guarantee that it never will.

Third-party services

You are responsible for your own AI provider accounts, their usage charges and their terms. Job boards and posting pages are third-party services that may change, limit or block access at any time.

Licences

The Lite edition is provided under the GPL. Pro features are unlocked by a licence key issued to a single email address and intended for use on one site unless your licence says otherwise.

No guarantee of results

We cannot promise interviews, offers or any particular outcome. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
